This is not a commercial effort, nor are we attempting to seek revenge against CT's DCF. We believe that the concept of a "DCF - type" organization is excellent. The implementation in CT, however, is mostly ineffective and more often that not, destructive, to the health and happiness of families with children in CT that have any interaction with CT DCF. We would like to see that changed!
